Immunohistochemistry and immunoblot techniques to detect onconeural antibodies. Molecular biology (RT-PCR, in situ hybridisation), cell culture, animal model of neuropathy.
Areas of interest:
The study of the expression of the antigen recognized by anti-CV2 antibodies (CRMP proteins) in the tumour of patients and in the peripheral nervous system and paraneoplastic disorders of the peripheral nervous system.
